I normally shop with Tesco buy thought I'd try iceland for a change.
Booked a slot which ended up delayed so I had to cancel as it went well past my slot time and I had plans.
Zero information was given when I Phoned, quite unhelpful.
Have received no refund so I've gone through PayPal.
Never had this Hassle with Tesco so I'll stick with them.
