Unable to cancel contact as unable to contact iD mobile. I raised a complaint with the ombudsman (who have been absolutely useless) they did agree that the date I finally managed to formally cancel the contract was 3 months prior to my final monthly billing. I have sent numerous recorded letters to iD mobile since the ombudsman case and yet again no response from iD mobile.
Im now looking for others in a similar position to raise a legal case against against iD mobile.
