Same story as others - awful customer service, impossible to speak to a human being. I have been trying to get my contract cancelled and number transferred to a new provider. New provider had me up and running in a few days, idmobile has taken over two months to get contract closed and was trying to keep billing me even after number had transferred to new provider. I joined idmobile over 3 years ago, tempted by low cost at the time - there are now better providers out there with better pricing (particuarly for mobile data packages) and customer service where you can easily get hold of a helpful person. Would avoid idmobile in future!
