I have been on line for two hours trying to get a refund after finding that ID mobile have been taking money out if my account since August amounting to £176.53.
There tactic is to make you wait for so long that you give up. They start sounding helpful and slowly withdraw from the conversation. They are crooks. They won’t cancel my contract and won’t refund me. I have done absolutely nothing wrong. Avoid this company at all costs as Carphone warehouse say the same thing too.
