New customer. The app is useless. Confirmed my DD date change, but they took payment on a random date and my next bill shows another different date for the DD; not the initial default date, nor the one I set, nor the same date as payment they just took. Confusing as how can I budget which no consistency?
Unable to reach anyone to resolve and unable to change DD via the app as only allowed once every 6 months.
Not the best first impression. Would give zero stars if that was an option
