Their customer service is nonexistent. If you have any issues with your account or billing you are out of luck.
My plan was increased (not CPI) and the person/a.i behind the chatbot was rude, incompetent, and unable to provide any answers. I have no recourse for fixing this and there's no other way to contact this ridiculous company.
Do not give them your money, the extra monthly cost of going with an established company will be worth it.
