Once again I am having to leave a review against this company due to their terrible customer service. This company make it extremely difficult to speak to a real person accept through their online chat - sludge practice, making it difficult to communicate with a business.
Today I contacted them about a lack of credit supposedly applied to my account from a previous complaint I had raised, I got transferred through o an agent named “Wendy” who was extremely unprofessional. 3 separate times I asked to be transferred through to a manager to escalate my complaint and 3 times she chose to ignore me and send me generic replies. Multiple times it took her over 5 minutes to reply to my messages! Which is simply not good enough when as a paying customer I’m having to take time out of my working day to escalate a complaint.
I still am unable to access their app as it states my “my phone number doesn’t exist” of which I have also raised twice previously to be told this would be resolved.
Once I have finished my contract with this company I will never use their services again.
