A diabolical company. I wouldn't use them again even if they were offering a free service.
Customer service is limited to webchats or posting messages on a board that then take weeks to get your answer.
Approx a month ago I requested to leave this shower through their app. Turns out that 'it did not go through'. Now, even if I were to start the process again, I cannot as I receive an error message when I try to.
A complete disgrace and I'm paying for the priviledge.
I will ring them tomorrow to speak to someone in their complaints team. I doubt I will get anywhere.
