Bunch of incompetent cowboys. Misled by "customer service" chat person, asked to cancel the order - nothing happened. Had another chat - same story. They trained customer service to be obstructive. Deserve to be treated as hostile organisation.
Be careful of touching - smell comparable to the skunk, difficult to treat.
