Had phone for 7 months and put up with really poor Internet connection, texts taking hours to get to recipients, calls not connecting etc.
Initially thought it was a home and work issue as iD coverage checker was still advising excellent coverage (for these postcodes). Eventually contacted customer services and latterly complaints as unhappy with the poor connection etc. Sent a new SIM to me to try, and then had to try another phone but problem still occurred. Now at deadlock stage - they offerred 2 months refund (even though they've confirmed in their deadlock letter reception is poor). They've included the Ombudsman address in the deadlock letter so will contact them within the month and will also take them to the Small Claims Court.
