I am appalled at how iD mobile treats their customers. I signed up 5 days ago and am enraged by the lack of help, support, sense and service. I had no idea that, unlike most other providers, iD mobile has no contract with Switzerland. So I arrived there unable to use data roaming even though all my settings were correct, roaming swithche on, tons of data available in my plan, very high bill cap. When I raised the issue, I hit my head against a wall of bots. Even the socalled agent I was later connected with spouted off standard answers that got me nowhere. Plus the whole chat was taking ages and ages, after queuing for 30 minutes. Even the complaint procedure asked for a 89-minute-waiting time. I am pulling my hair out for signing up with that useless lot.
