The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I just spent an hour and a half on an online chat to resolve a simple query. The advisor took on average 10 minutes to respond to a reply so I can only assume they are answering multiple people at a time. I did not resolve the issue and I will never ever consider buying with them again. At least on other budget networks like Lyca you can speak with a human on the phone. Don’t waste your time with this mob I promise you will regret it at some point
