So got my sim.
Set up a port date and PAC code...date came and port didn't happen. Tried customer service they said the next day PAC would happen. Nope.
Discussed with customer service and complaint got my monthly plan charge refunded and told It would happen today...no
I think I should be within my 14 day period but can't cancel my plan...stuck with a phone that I can't use.... so yes totally rubbish.
