Been trying to pay the bill but cannot get the recorded thing to be sensible whatever sum I put in it changes it to a ridiculous sum. You cannot actually speak with anyone to solve a problem and now have no phone use and cannot get my number back because I cannot pay the bill. Absolutely awful, my advice is to go with a company where you can talk to someone, definitely wouldn't recommend ID yes, they are cheap but that is about all it is.
