Switched to ID for a cheap sim only deal but turns out I made a bad decision. My voicemail system is broken, the fact you have to set up a voicemail is irritating otherwise you can’t access your voicemails. Spoke to customer service via chat and their systems are slow, staff are clearly untrained and do not understand what you are talking about. Then I told them I am going to leave at the end of contract with no notice period in which the advisor offered an immediate disconnection and disconnected it without my permission. Honestly shocking behaviour I’ve been stuck the last week with no phone calls, texts or data because my sim is out of service. Due to the advisor’s mistake, she said the sim will be reactivated in 48 hours yet it wasn’t and I’m having to go through the slow and painful route of their customer service. Honestly such a cheap brand with cheap services, do no bother joining ID!!!
