Customer service very slow to answer and unhelpful. I wanted to upgrade my phone but thought I had upgraded my son's phone by mistake and asked to cancel the order so I could start again. Half an hour of messaging on their stupid chat and we finally got there. Only for me to realise afterwards that I had upgraded the right phone number in the first place. The stupid customer service agent could have told me that from the off and have saved me half an hour of my time thinking I had made a mistake. It was impossible to see what number I had upgraded either on my account on their website or in the confirmation email and she sure as hell wasn't going to tell me.
