I was promised a £50 Amazon voucher on sign up through Money Saving Expert and Giftcloud. 6 months later this still hasn't been honoured. I made sure to follow the online links carefully, I am a long term member of the website Money Saving Expert and very clear on how to use the website. When I didn't receive the Amazon voucher from id mobile I contacted giftcloud, answered all their questions and sent them a screenshot of the email I received signing up to the offer with the Amazon voucher. They told me I hadn't signed up properly. THEN WHY DID I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE OFFER? I contacted ID mobile who told me to contact Giftcloud. I already had. Fairly sure ID mobile are using gaslighting ai bots for 'customer service' they just waste your time and send you round in circles. I would like to do business with real humans please. Great way to treat a new customer ID mobile *read sarcasm* I feel like I've been scammed in order to sign up. Another contract to cancel and add to the never again pile. No one is taking any responsibility hence I am leaving bad reviews online out of sheer frustration and will shortly be cancelling my contract due to the awful customer service and feeling like I've been scammed in order to sign up. Why aren't id mobile investigating their 3rd party providers like Giftcloud when they aren't doing what they're supposed to? Plenty of comments online from people in the same position as me. All I get is platitudes and 'contact giftcloud' (I have). Stop gaslighting me idmobile.
