Terrible customer service! Let my daughters bill go over by £75 without my agreement( it was supposed to be set at £5 over usage limit! apparently they changed it because I had a good credit rating!!!) I have waited 6 weeks for a call back! Over email they have offered £10 back! Do not use this money making
