Absolutely awful cut off internet for 5 days without giving any notice until I rung up and asked then they told me...multi million pound company forgetting to send out "planned maintenance" messages to its users....sums them up really, the truth is they just lie to their customers.
Really do yourself a favour and avoid them, impossible to get hold of and awful signal.
