Took a 30 day rolling sim only contract but cancelled the day the sim arrived - well within the cancellation period. Today received an invoice for the so-called pro rata period!! Spoke to"customer services", again, to be spoken to as if I was an idiot. The sim was cancelled the day it arrived, was never inserted into the phone or used, and destryed as per their instructions. Trading standards need to be investigating this "company" and reminding them of their obligations to abide by consumer law - their t&c's do not override the law!
