Charge for SIM the moment it’s ordered- I haven’t even taken mine off the carrier and my husband was able to confirm we didn’t get the signal their map said we would. So I tried to cancel - couldn’t get through to an agent all busy for 2 days. Emailed complaints who cancelled my SIM same day but still charged £2.21 for use of a SIM I’ve never used and cancelled within 12 hours of arrival. Utter Scam avoid.
