difficult to pay a final bill as all the systems are automated. finally got in touch with collection s department where the call handler lied to me saying i could cancel with him after payment, and then told me after i had paid in full i needed to phone another number. when i did it was another off shore call center handler who was difficult to understand as non native English speaker and thick accent who told me i couldn't cancel as i;d failed security so needed to go into store to cancel. i had read all the security info off the bill letter that they had sent me
