Returned phone within the 14 days allowance due to constant errors in communications with iD online and chat; 3 weeks later I've been told the phone arrived but still waiting for the refund of £19.99 upfront payment and I'm getting emails daily from the Direct Debit dept demanding payment.
I have expressed my worry about the effect on my credit rating, which they said they would repair (will they though??) as 3 customer service assistants have confirmed the phone arrived and they will get a refund but each time I was promised a call back I didn't get one, even waiting in and checking my phone.
Also, I'm getting emails stating I didn't respond to calls - calls I didn't even receive. I honestly wish I had never heard of them and I would give minus stars if I could. I think "iD" is part of a bigger company called "No iDea" :((
