I had no issues with this provider for the 3 years I was with them. Until, I cancelled my contract due to finding a better deal with Vodafone. I spoke to the lady who was lovely, 2 months later I get a bill for 2 months which was taken from my account and now in month 3 I have an email saying my bill is ready to be paid. Sooo it turns out that my contract hasn't been cancelled and my complaint made in August was dismissed.
I understand that companies need the revenue and like to keep their customers. But don't lie and keep a contract open, messing up my credit rating. Disappointing
