Customer service was useless, tried to cancel my account during the lockdown, website was all over the place, not responding the correct log in details, chat service was not available, and despite indicating that the contract could be managed and cancelled online no option was presented under the indicated headings. As a consequence had to pay for extra months., of course they later insisted that I was at fault.
