I would have rate zero if possible. Had a contract for two phones and plans with ID MOBILE for two years and before the contract ends i tried to contact them to cancel and switch but their phone number isn’t responsive, tried online chat with no success as well, so finally and after so many trials I sent them an email notifying them I am canceling and then stopped the direct debit, after few months, I received a debt collection notice which i paid to avoid trouble to be shocked by having a default on my credit report which damaged my previously perfect credit record. I tried to resolve the matter by calling them, but they will never admit fault, but I will escalate to whatever authority to right that wrong. This is supposedly a communication company but can’t communicate, and their only viable strategy is damaging their customers.
I would’ve included a photo evidence but I am not sure it’s legal.
