The worst customer service experience of my life. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Ive ordered on 3 occasions. The first two shipments arrived in condition less than desirable, but still useable. The third one was damaged beyond use. I didn't recieve any response from several attempts to reach iHerb . I had to report the problem to PayPal's resolution center. iHerb wants the damaged shipment back. I'm not sure if I'm responsible for the cost of return shipping, but either way it's a hassle I don't need. I sent photos of the damage packages, but that isn't good enough for iHerb. I will never place another order with iHerb, and I will warm my friends and family away.
