“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The biggest issue was not even the failed delivery itself but it was the complete lack of accessible support afterward. Communication is poor, and trying to find someone to assist feels intentionally difficult. The website makes you work far harder than necessary just to raise a concern, with no clear, direct path to meaningful customer service. For a company of this size, the support structure is frustratingly inadequate. When something goes wrong, customers should not have to spend excessive time navigating confusing systems just to be heard. What should have been a straightforward resolution became unnecessarily stressful because of the lack of transparency, poor communication, and difficulty in accessing real help. A business is judged not only by how it performs when things go smoothly, but by how it responds when problems arise. In this case, the response process has been disappointing at every step. I would strongly encourage improvements to customer communication channels and complaint handling procedures, as the current system leaves customers feeling ignored and unsupported.”

“Buying from iHerb has been very challenging. If an item is not delivered or arrives damaged, there is no phone support available—only email communication. In many cases, emails result in a “Mail Delivery Subsystem” error, making it difficult to even reach customer service. Even when you are eventually able to get in contact with them, it is very difficult—if not impossible—to obtain a refund for missing or damaged items. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I do not recommend buying from this website.”

“Very disappointed with iHerb! The predicted restock dates are completely unreliable. They throw up a date, but 90% of the time, as soon as it gets close, it's either postponed or removed altogether. If you're waiting on a product, you simply cannot trust their restock estimates. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you don’t know when something will be available, don’t put a date at all, but if you do, you have an obligation to stick to it. Many of us plan our purchases around those dates, and messing with them shows total disregard for your customers.”

“Always a pleasure tio shop goods here. I order since years vitamins, food, minerals, cosmetics and proteins from Iherb. So far everythin was perfect. We never had delays or any sircumstances to complain. The delivery is very fast and lways on time.”

“iHerb is such a great site. They have high quality products, and supplements! Trustworthy Brands, and a lot to choose from. There delivery is done very well, and in good condition. Even on the rare occasions that you get a opened product, or damaged product, iHerb takes care of it, refunds you, usually, without asking you to go through the trouble of sending the items back. Regular shipping speed is fast. And you get free shipping on $30-35 dollar orders. Which most sites set that so high. Like $60 - $99 etc... They make free shipping so doable. I've been a customer of there's for more than 5 years.”
