"Product was sent quickly however it smelled bad, it had spoiled. I contacted iHerb to return it and either get a refund or a different product and they DENIED the refund. I will never shop there again. When I googled the warehouse, it does not have A/C on the roof and is across the road from a sewage treatment plant. Never again."

My order came within a week and we received it, but my husband had put it away and I didn't realize it had come. I asked Iherb for a refund and they refunded the full amount immediately. 2 weeks later I discovered I did have my order and apologized to Iherb and asked them how I could repay them. Here is there gracious response:

I placed an order with you guys 7 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted you now 10 times and DHL four times.

In every instance, either you or your shipping company has refused to accept responsibility. Finally yesterday, a DHL representative told me a bunch of IHerb shipments sent via Global Mail have been going missing in New Zealand once the packages arrive in Auckland. I've contacted New Zealand Post and they have no record. I've concluded that someone either in DHL's Auckland office or the NZ Postal office is stealing the packages. I want a refund and three units of the same item I've ordered or I will continue to post negative reviews of IHerb on every review site I can find.

"iHerb used to provide good service. Lately I ordered an international delivery from iHerb. And it was a bad experience. The customer support is in such a bad state, they if you chat with them, you get copied pasted response and of non relevance to resolving the problem.
I have stopped using iHerb. Not because what they don't sell products, but because of being a liar company that claims it can deliver but does not even have a support for it. Bad organization."

"I ordered a couple of sun screen from the uk website but I was unknowingly diverted to the USA one even though the amount was paid in british pounds sterling. As a result I had to pay £16 DHL custom as the order was being shipped from the USA. But I was not informed of this.
I am furious of having to pay this amount. I have ordered before from iherb but this will now definitely be my last time. And I will be informing my colleagues, family and friends of this too.

Have no system to ship correct item and order a pickup of the incorrect item. Nor does each "department" have the ability to know what the other "department" said or did.The same old questions all over again. After 2 hours between live chat and emails I got them to agree to a refund. Then I had to pack and get to a UPS store. 2 weeks after receiving the product back I still did not have the refund. Had to go through the same process over again. 2 days later after this agony, a credit was received. And it is not over, they tricked AMEX and told them the refund was given much earlier. Last mail i got from them is that they had shipped my order. These cheaters charged me for nothing and after that deactivated my account.

"I ordered from Iherb for delivery to the U.K., order total £75. I received several messages from the courier telling me I had to pay an extra £25 for customs duty and taxes. I contacted Iherb to say I was shocked and didn't want the goods considering the extra charge. Iherb told me that if I refused to pay these charges the package would be returned to Iherb who would issue a refund BUT they would deduct all fees and charges off the refund so the refund would equal approximately £0.00.
I paid the £25 and am absolutely fuming. I have ordered many things from America from a variety of companies without this sort of thing happening. I told Iherb this and pointed out it was their responsibility, but it made no difference.
