AWFUL. They CANCEL orders and DELETE accounts with NO EXPLANATION OR REASON. I did nothing but simply try to buy supplements, like a normal person, with my email and card. Their chatbot is useless, and their email support REFUSES to explain why they would do such a thing. Days pass with no meaningful resolution. If anything ever goes wrong on their end, as in this case, their support is nonexistent and completely worthless.

Zero Star is a lot! They sent me an outdated /expired " Shae Moisture Mango and Carrot Kid shampoo and conditioner " the way that the conditioner is not even coming out of the bottle in any way! When I sent a message to customer service, this is the response I received:::: "We'd like to offer you a refund through store credits as one time courtesy. (( but I should pay for the shipping cost)) In this case, you are under no obligation to return the item. You are free to use this item as you see fit, whether that means enjoying them yourself, sharing them with friends or family, or even donating them to a charitable organization if you wish." I made an order of $30.20 from iHerb. iHerb charged my account. I received no verification of purchase. I can’t find a way to contact anyone about my purchase. On my iHerb account it says I have made no orders. So why did they charge my bank account? Anyway, I didn’t have good luck with iHerb so I don’t recommend it.

Hi Herb does not have a phone contact number. There is a chat robot which is useless. There is an email contact if you can find it. It apparently is not based in the United States, because the responses contain similar phrases used from overseas tech-support. I was horrified when I found out they were sending my order via Ontrac, which I have never been successful in receiving my packages from. And there is no way to contact iHerb to receive your money back. I have spent an entire day going back-and-forth from iHerb to Ontrac and still I am unable to get text messages for updates from where my package is at the moment. If I had known that there was no phone contact for iHerb, I never would have ordered from them. And Ontrac does not give Direct answers or responses to your inquiries. 20 years ago iherb used to be a good company based in the United States. Now it is more like a scam company. do not order from this company. Vitacost.com is much better, they have a phone contact number, and will respond quickly and replace anything that you did not receive correctly. It will be a miracle if I ever received what I ordered. what a waste of a day!

I Herb is not trustable company i bought Collagen powder,after using it for two days i have bad stomach ache and wanted to talk to their costumer service or return it but their phone number 951-616-3600 is not available to costumers!!! and is recording !they are not legitimate company, do not buy their products, i had very bad experience with them, i have to report to to google.

worst customer service ever. they will never refund you even they received the return in the warehouse and with proof of tracking. i will never purchas with them. they have no # to call.they are a scam!

Horrible customer service. Once they get your money, if there are issues, its very very hard to contact them. If you write a review on their app, it is not posted and needs to be reviewed by them, so probably only good reviews get through. My items have not been delivered, its way past delivery date, suddenly the delivery date is gone and customer is left to wonder if they will ever receive the products paid for. Since they make it near impossible to contact them, try getting your refunds. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere

My first time ordering from Iherb they sent me a small box with bentonite Clay coming from every side. When I opened the box the container had spilled out all over the box and covered my other items. I contacted them right away and was handled really unprofessionally. I was truly disappointed. What should have been an easy fix became extremely frustrating. My first and last time using this company. I don't like being mistreated when spending my money; I'll find a company who values my business and dollars.

By the time you get your vitamins from I herb to your international destination, vitamins will be obsolete and no good any more. That because of the impact of heat and other weather elements.

I tried to return this product cause of an adverse reaction, my throat was swollen and I had trouble breathing! I tried to email and call IHerb but there is No Contact Information on their website! This company makes it impossible to reach customer service by phone or email ! I wrote to the owner Ray Faraee, located at 17400 Laguna Canyon Rd, Irvine, CA 92618. I never received a response! I am disputing this charge with my credit card company!

I always loved iherb and spent hundreds… I always loved iherb and spent hundreds if not thousands over the last several years; but recently I have seen the negative side. Vague rules relating to their rewards program, an absolute unwillingness to help with an issue and frankly terrible service. Impossible to speak to a professional and awkward unhelpful online service. I’ve really changed my opinion of iHerb. Be cautious and definitely don’t waste too much of your time on rewards; they’ll find any way to wriggle out of compensating you, and every way to avoid advising you if their complaints procedure.

i ordered now saw palmeto extract 320mg 90 soft gels for $10 each bottle. they sent me crappy 160 mg 90 soft gets. what should have last me 9 months is going to last 4 1/2 months. plain rip off. no way to get satisfaction as returning isnt worth it, and i used a guest account with paypal. so i can not even contact them and tell them what shits they are. never trust a new vendor on this product again. the 320mg is hard to find.

The negative reviews are all absolutely true but not surprising with the way they treat their own employees! They preach health and wellness yet all they care about is scamming and money. They’ll ruin your lives without a care in the world. There are so many better companies that truly stand behind their values of helping customers and their own employees. IHerb is not in that discussion!

Bunch of thieves!! They stole $4000 from my account & been trying to contact them for a month with no help whatsoever and now they blocked me on Instagram, Facebook and even blocked my email from sending any emails to them!!! Even tried to contact the CEO Emun Zabihi via email & WhatsApp & guess what!!! He blocked me from both!!! Such a useless manager!!! Don’t buy from them ever!!! Not safe at all!!! That’s why the SEC always rejected their IPO!!! They can’t go public!!! They are bunch of scammers!!!

After 2 attempts at delivering my package (to an address that I get things delivered to all the time) I was advised I need to sort it our with delivery company and will not be able to get a refund either. Also noticed some of their products actually contain toxic chemicals such as lead. How is this even allowed?

I ordered Men's Multivitamin 55+, 120 tablets. I received Women's Multivitamin 55+, 90 tablets. I return it and request the correct item be shipped. For the second time, I just received the Women's Multivitamin 55+, 90 tablets again. I can understand one screwup. Two in a row like this - inexplicable.

Small sad story: I have made order with aom available items on iherb website After 2 days they cancelled half of the items I complained, they apologized I re ordered the same items Surprisingly it is out of stock again I complained, they apologized I ordered different items After 2 days they claimed to ship the order They received the payment at their account Now it has been 8 days and they didn't give the shipment to the shipping company I complained They don't know what is the problem They don't reply emails They don't have live chat They don't reply their Facebook page

I have been an IHerb customer for years & I just found out the company changed hands & is now owned by an Asian entity. The last two orders I placed they changed shippers & I didn't get my orders. On this last order, IHerb is only available by email & is trying to deal with me in Asian & not American English. I won't deal with a company who won't deal with me in this country when there is a problem. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card for goods not received since IHerb would not communicate with me in the USA. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone else in the world, nor would I recommend their shipper Ontrac who already has a negative rep in our state. From a company with prior excellent service to hiding behind a foreign language & no way to contact by phone. What a comedown. We should be able to leave a negative rating for morons like these. Guess I'm going to have to start translating my emails since American-owned companies are bound & determined to sell us all out. Some things are supposed to be more important than money. Even our stupid US postal service does better than this. My credit card company has initiated the refund, not IHerb. Be forewarned. Losing customers $25 dollar orders at a time. What a way to run a business. Over vitamins. Should not be so world ending. Shipping is not nuclear science. Good luck if you try dealing with these people. I couldn't.
