Horrible customer service. Once they get your money, if there are issues, its very very hard to contact them. If you write a review on their app, it is not posted and needs to be reviewed by them, so probably only good reviews get through. My items have not been delivered, its way past delivery date, suddenly the delivery date is gone and customer is left to wonder if they will ever receive the products paid for.
Since they make it near impossible to contact them, try getting your refunds. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere
