I placed a good size order. Then a few days latter an email comes saying I need to contact my financial institution to get an authorization code, which I did. Sent an email back to iherb telling them they the code needs to be gotten by them, not me. Shortly after the whole order got cancelled. THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON, so you waist time trying to get some kind of response, which never comes. I needed those items for my son who is suffering from medical issues due to an accident. So don’t waist your time at iherb. Plus the frustration is not needed.

Awful. Ordered two items for delivery to the UK whick are perfectly legal to delivery. For an unexplained reason this terrible company said the delivery was returned to them, not by myself so either courier or US customs. They refunded the cost of items but not postage costs. Avoid this amatuer company at all costs. They are tying to have my trustpilot negative review removed as I write this one.

Melted supplements delivered to me and iherbs expect me to pay the return delivery charges to the United States which has the same cost as the vitamins to refund me. This clause is not stated in the refund policy. Therefore it is a scam. The customer service is not helping at all. They lied and couldn't even show me the clause in the website of any links that says customer has to pay return delivery charges. Look at the attachments. I even have a screenshot of their policy. And no one from iherbs bothered to explain and clarify any of my queries about the clause. No manager has contacted me as promised. Absolute scam. Look at the attached pictures. I had to dig and separate the softgels because they were sticking together. They are no longer potent.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a while. I ordered Mother to Be vitamins from them. Got the expired ones. Contacted them, they ordered the re-ship. Never got it. Called them a couple of times, they keep telling me it's in transit. Well, one month I've been without prenatal. I am 40 y/o and pregnant. So, thank to IHerb my baby had been without vital vitamins. I paid $93+ Not impressed. Will not be buying from them ever again and will not recommend! AWFUL!

My orders are usually damaged or late or they never show up. Save yourself the trouble and purchase elsewhere.

The customer help i absolutely awful. They do not help in any way they just keep copy pasting messages instead of actually trying to resolve your problem. Their "refunds" Require 1000headaches and arguing and they 70% wont even send it in the end when you were clearly supposed to get it the "RULES" Confirmed it, i definitely don't recommend.

I had a package left on my doorstep from lherb with my address but the person was unknown to me. I contacted lherb was never able to speak to a human. lherb chat system is a joke. I was finally able to locate the shipping company which is about 40+ miles away. Spoke with customer service and was told the package will be picked up the next day. A week later the package is still on my doorstep. I called again now it is Friday. spoke with customer service and was told the package will be picked on Monday. I got home from work the package is still there. Will guess what the package is now sitting side the road..,,,,

They sent me a damaged item. So I submitted a reship request for a replacement. Then they automatically charged me for the replacement! Now I have been on chat (because you can’t call anyone there) for over 35 minutes and after diandra, Jess and Osamma picked up I still can’t tell if I’m dealing with a human or a robot. iherb STINKS. It was such an insane experience from start to finish. Zero customer service. Sending damaged items. Slow shipping. First and last time I will order from them! Please stay away. This company needs to shut down!

I orderer probiotics and they sent me tonails clippers. You cannot reply to their email and their chat agent is a virtual one. Which got me to this conclusion: they are scam artists!

IHerb charged me twice for my order . I placed my order June 23,2020 and they charged my card $105.96, I then received my order June 29,2020 and then noticed I was charged the same amount again . I am very angry with this transaction.

I was shocked when I received a mail from the shipping company to inform about customs that reach approximately 159 USD while my order costs approximately 71 USD. I wasn't informed nor warned or even noted by IHERB about the existence of such customs on placing the order page. after contacting IHERB, They offered only to pay 50% of the incurred customs as compensation which wasn't acceptable. I asked them to return the order and proceed for a refund but they informed that if returning the order costed them over 80% of its value, The will not return it. the normal practice with all professional stores is to refund the order minus the paid shipping cost. Really disappointed, it was my second experience with IHERB and will be the Last. My order No.412733226

I ordered items on May 27, 2020. I chose expedited shipping and they were to be delivered no later than June 3, 2020. I received a very deceptive email the same day I made the order that my order was shipped. That was a lie, only a label was created. I contacted their joke of customer service through email on June 1 and wanted to cancel the order as it had never been shipped and the response I got back was that you can't cancel the order once it is marked shipped (even though it was never shipped). It was then shipped on June 2 and an estimated delivery date was for June 8, then June 9 and now I found out it won't be delivered until June 10-11 2 weeks after I ordered. They used UPS Sure Post which is NOT EXPEDITED shipping and takes very long to receive as it has to go from UPS to USPS. I called UPS and they said that they never received a notice to pick up the shipment until June 2 and this was the fault of iHerb not them. Why would they tell customers that the order would be expedited shipping and then use UPS sure post? This is a very deceptive company and I will never be ordering from them again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! "I placed an order and received the wrong product. I sent the wrong products back to them and the tracking shows they received them. STILL NO REFUND OR CONTACT FROM THEM. There is no way to call customer service to get any answers. I am out almost $50.00 I have sent three emails and still no contact from them!"

Impossible to create an account. Robot (literally) customer assistance. No where to place your order by phone. Tried several times to create an account and reset my “incorrect 😳” password how can it be incorrect I just created it and saved the information?? It did not send me a temporary password but insisted it did and I triple checked my email address to see if there was an error, nope. Then I started reading reviews, oh dear, should have started there before I spent 45 minutes picking out herbs and supplements . My order was close to $200 so I tried to add discount codes and after multiple attempts one finally passed the test but then I couldn’t check out. OH WELL!

iHerb’s customer’s product review system lacks credibility. When I publish a positive product review they post it on their website. When I post a negative product review they delete it. Customer’s should not believe what you read.

i paid extra for delivery and still haven’t received my order ... now, three full days after the delivery date i paid for (which was confirmed by the company after they charged me and then was switched immediately after). also, they ignored my requests for an explanation. typical online company.

Horrible Customer Service. They don’t acknowledge their relationship with Walmart except to take your money. Never will order anything from them again!
