They took my money immediately for vitamins for my sick dog. They “expedited” my free delivery through LaserShip. They have requested my address 3 times and it was clearly on the order confirmation. No vitamins after numerous contacts. Now they say my refund will take 5-7 days. I would never do business with iHerb or LaserShip again. Their customer service is awful and their website with contact information is not user friendly. They emailed me through a non-reply email box. They are not a credible company. Do business elsewhere.

THIS Is a complaint. Apparently, iHerb has POSITIONED themselves, so that they are not accessible for any type of customer service or support. I find this unacceptable. You can neither contact anyone via phone, an email came back as an error message, all they offer you now is a chat with Bots. I will be leaving iHerb. They are only available to take your money and send product. If you need to urgently stop a shipment, you are unable to. That is what happened to me. I had a hardship. I needed to stop a shipment, and no one there could help me. Because there is NO ONE there. After being a loyal customer for yearsss, If I do not hear back from you I will be leaving. If you care at all about your reputation.

Wish I had read reviews earlier, placed order with majority of order identified as on back order but they charged me for the entire order. They then posted on my account that UPS lost package yet never notified me. I cannot contact them as they do not respond to emails, no way to call, and each time I try to submit to help desk I get kicked out of the website. Comments below on contacting BBB is helpful as it has been two months. I would not order from iherb again.

Placed an order in November. iHerb reported it shipped immediately. In December they canceled the order and reordered it without telling me why. Then they reported it shipped immediately. In late December I inquired why it still hadn't arrived. They admitted to having supply issues, and I told them how disappointed I was that they had been lying about the shipment being shipped. They then agreed to refund me for my order. They reported the refund refunded almost immediately. It wasn't. I reviewed them negatively on another site. They responded almost immediately - but no refund. Finally, I reported them to the BBB and they processed my refund with some excuse about technical issues preventing the refund the first time. And on top of all of this, you can almost never tell whether a human or a bot is responding to you. Just don't order. Don't trust the positive reviews that suggest the rest of us are fake reviewers. I am a real person that wants others to avoid the frustrations I experienced. It would be nice to see iHerb change their misleading practices, but I doubt that will ever happen.

The item I received is not the item I ordered. What I received I could have bought elsewhere for much cheaper. I will not be using this company again, nor will I recommend it.

They shipped a different item than what was ordered. They were similar but had ingredients I am unable to use due to food sensitivity. I didn't realize that until i had opened one of the 2 boxes. I requested a return of the unopened box which meant I am stuck with $26 worth of unusable product. They received the return on 12/7/21 and didn't process it until I did the "Live chat" on 12/16/21. You can't speak to a customer service representative. Lasership {their shippers} can tell you the delivery been made 24 hours before they deliver. Seems too confusing. Shouldn't it be easier than this. Don't forget, initially they sent the wrong product!!! Order #916123563

Finally received today 12/6/2021 a package that was 3 weeks late and one of the items has an expiration date of 8/09/2019. Never again will I shop with Iherb!

My recent expirience with iHerb is horrible !!! I got quickly e-mal fhom iHerb that my order has been “SHIPPED” - WHICH IS ONLY LIE - maybe is packed - but NOT SHIPPED AT ALL !!! Aramex have only “created record” but physicaly Aramex never recived my order/shippment from iHERB - but iHERB took my money as for “shipped” order which is not good at all!!! Now I’m not able get from iHERB customer service any reasonable answers WHY THEY HAVE THIS BEHAVIOR TO THE EXISTING CURTOMER like this (as new customer - you get 100% better and different service - my personal EXPIRIENCE - unfortunately). Now they even tried told me that is ARAMEX FAULT - like “aramex have not updates on their tracking…” !!! NO - ANOTHER LIE FROM IHERB - I contacted Aramex directly and I got from them e-mail with confirmation that they never till now recived my shippment from iHERB!!! So is now clear that iHERB ONLY CREATED RECORD WITH ARAMEX - TOOK MY MONEY - BUT MY ORDER WAS NOT SHIPPED AS IHERB SEND ME IN E-MAIL - they just LIE TO ME!!! I’m sure that I’m not only one who had this expirience wit them - behavior to existing customers like this is very AWFUL FROM IHERB!!! And honestly I’m ready if they do not solve this PROBLEM quickly to ESCALATE THIS EVERYWHERE WHERE IS POSSIBLE AS CUSTOMER RIGHT to recive order which I paid for!!! THANK YOU IHERB FOR THIS AWFUL EXPIRIENCE!!!

Poor Customer service, their logistics is not good and they do not have answers when needed. There is no phone number to call so the only option is an automatic chat online. Bad experience.

iHerb's shipping service left my package at the entrance to a community, in the hot Florida sun. They were too lazy to bring it to my home and too lazy to call me so they dumped it at the entrance to a community with over 310 homes and there it sat. I've tried to reach iHerb, but they have no customer service and no way for me to ship the products back. I'm sorry I ever ordered with them.

I have an account and bought from them before but they flagged my purchase because it was being sent to my daughters address. (We've been doing this for months b/c I have early dementia and she takes care of my meds. It hasn't been a problem anywhere else.)They said I have to get a code that they sent to my credit card company. But their procedure locked up my credit card account. There's no way to actually talk to anyone at iherb, even if you call them.

Absolutely fuming, I paid extra for a quicker delivery which was due 14th June 21 and still I’m waiting. Apparently it’s been held up by US Customs because they didn’t have my full name (which of course I had to provide at the time of ordering). The DHL rep hasn’t answered any of my questions and I am not sending a copy of my passport to a random stranger by email when he can’t answer my questions, in any case I should be able to purchase without the need to show ID and it should have been addressed with the sender. I’ve given them until this evening to resolve otherwise I want a full refund. Oh had I realised that despite placing the order on the UK site that delivery was coming from the USA I would not have placed it esp as I keep being fobbed off about a refund and asked to give them more time to investigate. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They have the most frustrating way of affirming your order. They ask you to check the a small transaction on your credit card before sending the products. This small transaction did not appear and neither did an affirmation code that they subsequently requested from me and had me call my bank to find it (They didn't) I ordered these products on monday in hope they would come this week. Now I'm waiting more than a week and nothing has happened. There is also no phone number to call and get live service from. Absurd.
