"I made an order of $30.20 from iHerb. iHerb charged my account. I received no verification of purchase. I can\u2019t find a way to contact anyone about my purchase. On my iHerb account it says I have made no orders. So why did they charge my bank account? Anyway, I didn\u2019t have good luck with iHerb so I don\u2019t recommend it."

"I placed an order with iHerb 3 weeks ago. Ones I made the payment they sent me a confirmation email BUT 2 days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled and I haven\u2019t received my money back. I\u2019ve tried emailing the company and they still haven\u2019t refunded my money. I never had an experience like this and I\u2019m very frustrated as they literally won\u2019t return any of my emails or calls. Don\u2019t trust this company they will take your money and you won\u2019t be able to get it back"
