Had two very different experiences with them.
1) First order (to Europe) no problem, no fees, delivery on time, prices respected.
2) Secound order (still to Europe). Pckaged never delivered (though very small and for a product that is legal in here, so no explanation). They refund the price of the product, but not the shipping costs. Didn't I pay for the product to be delivered to my place ? Apparently not, I paid for it to vist the USA and stay there forever. It represents nearly half the price of my order.
