Terrible service! Parcel never showed up and customer service didn't get back to me for a refund! Did a review on the website and they took it down rather than fix the problem.

site not working, orders not processed, customer support is oxymoron would not accept either of my credit cards, which I know are good. So I used paypal, then iherb would not let me ship to a different address, then the order never did charge my paypal credit card even though I got email from iherb saying order confirmed and that they will tell me when it ships. First response from customer support was no help. ive sent three more emails and customer support no longer responds. I will not use them again.

au.iherb product significantly different from original manufacture sunpotion.com 1. Missing powder, almost up to 1/3 in CORDYCEPS, Missing powder 1/5 in ASHGAWANDA product. They think this is OK? 2. No customs opened letter. Customs did not remove the inner seals. 3. No inner seals on ANY of the 3 products from au.iherb. All originals from sunpotion contain seals. Again they claim this is OK. 4. Significantly different texture and smell compared to original in SHEA BUTTER product. Trying to claim there is a difference in manufacture, when I have the original from sunpotion.com to compare. 5. Text differences on bottle compared to original products. Bold and blurred lettering. Indicating imitation product. Again they don't address this. Very obvious sign of fake / imitation product. 6. Cheap knock off materials and powders claiming to be original when it is fake in order to dupe customers and make a profit. 7. Company ignored almost every point they couldn't refute, and tried to claim they wouldn't sell fakes, and that was it. Did not address, seals, missing powder, differences in product, or bad lettering and text on their labels. Why not use Amazon? Website..one star, most customer service okay but..email only. Product okay but investigate the company that produces it. Overall order from another company. Reward Program for product purchased only exist if you sponsor someone you know and they buy too. In other words your doing their marketing for them and get a very small % off your order.

Company run by a bunch of folks who dont care, you will be landed with 50% or more import duty as ALL their items come from the USA, thats if you get them at all....just dont buy from them

I had problems with my veins after taking pills from iHerb. The product was called DLPA, Source Naturals. I submitted a review describing the side effects on their website and it has been removed. Please be aware that this company is misleading its customers with marketing claims about their products and is hiding the facts about possible side effects. Customers who visit their website may have an impression that customer experience with their products is more positive than in real life.

Company won't allow honest feedback on their website reviews for a product they sell that can cause internal bleeding if taken in the dosages recommended on the bottle. They offer no warnings this can happen and are willing to sell a product that can make people sick. Again, you aren't allowed to warn others that can happen. Obviously they care more about the almighty dollar than helping people.

I have used iherb a couple times in the past and was very happy with them. I just signed back in to place the same order as I did earlier this year. However, there seems to be a shipping issue but it is very unclear what I need to do or change, so I looked for a number to call to get some help. I know there may be shipping fees as well as duty and taxes, which I have no problem paying. Trying to figure out what I need to do to complete my order has got me no where. I can't find a number to call and upon chatting with Edmond, he first told me they no longer offer telephone support and then told me to do a couple things with my computer which I have questions about and have not received a response. I think he has left the chat without telling me. I am very frustrated and find this to be terrible customer service!

I have been waiting for an order of teas now for 2 weeks now, and still no package and no update on where it is. Out of frustration due to poor customer service/delivery from the shipper, Lasership, I have asked for a refund. Hopefully, that doesn't take 2 weeks or more too.

**BEWARE! I do not recommend iHerb. They cancelled my order because I did not give them an authorization that was sent to my bank. When I contacted the bank they told me that they couldn't provide me with it, that it is classified information for the merchant, iHerb. In short, iHerb is supposed to gain the code from the bank and they are sloppy and lazy. I talked to iHerb customer support and they told me that other customers are forced to use Apple Pay or Paypal. BEWARE!

I ordered Solary Magnesium from iHerb USA in July 4 2019 I had magnesium at home from another name brand that I bought locally. I gave my friend who had knee surgery 2 bottles as a little present to help with the recovery I went on holidays August, September and part of October and I took with me my previously bought magnesium as it makes sense to consume the ones that I bought earlier. In middle of October I opened the first bottle. It smells like RANCID OIL. A very strong smell! I opened one capsule and the magnesium powder inside smells the same way. A STRONG rancid oil smell. It is disgusting! IHerb rather than apologizing and send me pre-paid package labels I get a lecture of policy. "One should return items within 60 days of purchase" and they want me to pay for the packing. I think there should be a product recall . Never again I will order from IHerb. My review of the product was removed! I insist, I believe that should be a recall.

it was very bad experience with iherb .i order one products on november the 25th ,to came to nyc ,the tracking said i got my order on november the 25th ,what is not true .the price was 18 $ .when i complain that i did not get order they said they will refund my money .i did not get my money back .but i am most welcome to order again .but now price for my order is not 18 $ it is 30 $ .

My order as not been delivered i tracked it and the carrier says my address could not be located, I entered a correct address and its my second purchase from iherb with same address. All efforts to connect your customers care options proves abortive. Send my package or Just refund my money please

Horrible wouldn't begin to describe the nightmare experience I've had with iHerb on my last order. My credit card company shows and has confirmed that iHerb charged me nearly $300 for an order they never shipped. I sent them multiple emails including a screen shot of the charge on my account and they still say I wasn't charged. I don't think they even checked. They blamed a "technical issue" for never shipping the order and cancelled the order rather than upgrade the shipping to get it to me sooner which still would have been a week late. This is continuing to take time almost every day to try and get this fraudulent charge they've been notified of and sent proof of removed from my credit card account. There is NO way to talk to anyone at iHerb, all communications are now online putting you at their mercy of dysfunction. Unbelievably bad business and one of the worst experiences with an online merchant ever. What makes this even worse is that this was a domestic order to Colorado and I'm a long term customer that consistently places expensive orders. I would give them negative stars if the review site allowed. Don't risk your time and money ordering from iHerb when there are so many other options available.

Bought something and paid extra to guarantee a delivery date. Wasn't delivered on time because iHerb's ordering system screwed up the address, so the courier didn't know where to go. When I contacted iHerb about it, they gave me a lame excuse and did nothing. And that is exactly what I will be ordering from them in the future. Avoid this company.

My experience with the products they sell is perfect, BUT experience with HIW THEY DEAL WITH CLIENTS is THE WORST, I recently face!! After I made my first order and got a box, I realized that one of the items, I had ordered and paid is missing in a box, I contacted the company, I got stupid apologizing in a style "bla bla bla" no any explanation why that happened. They offered mi refund of money. I accepted. The mistake could happen, OK. I ordered the same item again, and add other items, not to pay the shipping just for 1 thing. I got the box. All items were inside it, except the main one, the one that was the reason for all that order!! I contact the company again. Again the same stupid apologizing without explanation. I had a feeling that I'm typing with a robot! Last time when I had the item missing in my box, I have got the same answer, like that time! I didn't get any answer to my special questions! My anger grew after they send me the approval of a money refund where they count $32.00-$2.00=$28.80!!! What is that mathematics? Do they really think that all are nuts? For my question about that,I had no reply at all. I was trying to contact clients support several times, with no answer. I don't consider that as a mistake anymore, but as insolent and inappropriate dealing with the client! That was my first experience with your company, and sure it is the last one!

they did not send my product but charged my credit card. and when I tried to email them to connect they banned my email . do not buy any products from them!!!!!!
