Ordered one item received another. They said to send pictures, and then refused my refund/return request 3 times before they got the photos. Then they told me I had to check UPC codes when I purchased the items. Seriously. Never again. Put this on my cc company for the refund now. Horrible business practices. I don't want to pay for something I didn't order.

Never again iHerb. My order Nr. 507236471-0. I spent 140 £. Vating more than 7 months. They totally ignore clients.

iHerb misleading their customers I bought $130 USD and finally in Canada I had to pay 40 more for duty charges. In iHerb website DON'T appears any note advising about this new charges, and when I've complained, just gave me back 9 dollars. Really I don't know if it is a legal practice, but I'm sure that iHerb know about this situation in Canada (In this case) and they don't do anything to avoid this extra cost in their customers. I don't recommend to buy anything with iHerb.

I palced the order number 408113578 from iherb.com on 7 April 2019.untill now i do not either take the order or take my money back. they want me to pay 555.55$for customs and fees which is greater than the order it self 402.31$ and this is illegal or to pay for refund 303.26$ and take the rest which is 97$.you must be kidding.you must respect people ,this is illegal.where is my money ? I need a compensation.

Completely underhand tactics from this company, I was totally unaware they were not in the UK and I would have to pay a customs charge for over half the value of my item. The products are shown in £ sterling so why would I think they are from the US? The product took two weeks to arrive having travelled to several destinations... I was told if I didn't collect the package they would refund Once it had been returned back to them. I very much doubt this will happen. Complete scam DO NOT BUY!!

Bought specific cup due to my very ocd one yr old who refuses to drink milk out of any other cup... he knows the picture on the cup and don’t want any others I have tried same product different pictures and he won’t go for it. I looked everywhere for the same cup with same pic and found it on iherb.com I ordered two of them which said the specific cup it was. I received the product and it wasn’t the same cup I ordered the pic on it was completely different and cheaper made. I wrote to customer service because they don’t provide number to call. They said it’s the same upc just newer product and that their website hasn’t been updated.... they won’t do anything about it at all.... I will never Buy here again and I recommend if you want the correct product u ordered avoid this website and find elsewhere. I could have bought cup I got from store and not paid shipping price.... cost me more to get a product I didn’t even order

iHerbs knows nothing regarding customs rules although selling their products abroad. I have not received collagen, since they did not know and did not bother themselves to know how to fill in the declaration for this. When I contacted the customer services and told them what to do and to fill, they ignored me replying every time the same things in different wording as well as saying that this is my responsibility to check custom rules in my country. Highly not recommended.

I live in Mexico (MX) I placed order early October 2018. For a month my product traveled around the US and then to Germany. Late October the product was shipped to Mexico and was processed at distribution facility. This is what DHL tracking is telling me. I received the products in late January 2019. It took three (4) months to receive from time of order. If I can believe the DHL tracking that stops once package was processed in Mexico, the package was in Mexico for two (2) months before it was delivered to me and before that USA and Germany for a month. I did receive the package but how can I know that contents were not subjected to extreme high temperatures for much or most of the time. This is not timely shipping!! In December I contacted the company, based in US. They did respond but only to tell me package was in shipping process and to wait. FOUR months is too long especially as company does suggest timely shipping and products are kept in optimal environment to assure quality.

I placed my order LAST WEEK and received a delivery by date of YESTERDAY. I was on chat with customer service for 2 hours today (since there is no phone number to call) and they are just sending it TODAY! So it won't be here til NEXT WEEJ sometime. AWFUL! I was referred to iherb's "management team" but that will take 24-48hours to get any action. I wish I had read these reviews first. Don't think it can't happen to you.

Rubbish Company. I have been buying the same products from American for some time and have never once been charged customs duties. I ordered from iHerb for the first time due to stock shortages elsewhere and when the parcel turned up I was faced with customs duties worth nearly 50% of the order value – despite nothing being said about this possibility at the time of ordering. I wished to return the parcel because of this and contacted iHerb. They told me I had better keep the parcel as I would lose over 80% -if not ALL of the order value, due to admin fees etc if I returned it. They didn’t offer any other help or help reduce the custom costs –just kept sending the same threat. I would strongly recommend NOT buying from this Company. By the way the Carrier DHS were very good and did everything to help me – unlike iHerb!

they have the worst customer service that i ever meet in an ecommerce. Pay attention: they don't respect shipping time and when you ask them about it, you will obtain just an automatic reply.

I ordered a 25ppm silver cream. They sent me a 20ppm made by a different company which did not work. They Refused to give me a refund~! They are Not an honorable consumer friendly company.

Terrible service and products...the company has went from being pretty good to be almost disgusting. The customer service is without a doubt the worst customer service of any company..they don't listen to customer concerns or complaints. The quality of the products has went downhill to the point where I actually think they may repackage and dilute what is in each pill. The products have changed in the last year just like the company.

I was supposed to recieve my order between the 13th-18th of February. It’s the 23rd and still no sign of my order! My supplements schedule has been interrupted because of this delay. Won’t use iHerb again, completely unreliable.

Do not order from i herb! Placed and paid for an order with them recently. One day before delivery got a text demanding further payment before delivery. Contacted them and was told it was their policy to keep 80% if i didn't like it. They will take your money and refuse to deliver. Do not order from them.

Won’t be ordering again- No way to call customer service - all issues go through a string of emails which takes several weeks. Iherb disregarded my 10+ years of loyalty by not replacing a damaged shipment in any type of swift manner by endlessly promising “we are re shipping” but would not provide tracking info. After 3 emails back saying I WANT a REFUND they finally issued a credit less $2- Why?!?

I've been a customer with iHerb for 3 years. I made a mistake on an order and they did NOTHING to help me. You can't even call & talk to someone. You have to either chat online or email. Worst customer service!!!! They have a complete disregard for customer loyalty. So disappointed!!! DO NOT use this company!!!
