The worst customer service : if you don't receive your order they will make you wait for as long as they can to finally never refund you your money ! They are the worst.

I received my product and the expiry is less than 6 mths. Upon checking with iherb they said becoz i ordered from Asia site my expiry is 10/2020 instead of us site which says apr 2021. When i ordered it routed me to the us site and upon check out it converts the currency to my local currency. So in light of this it doesn’t make sense what iherb customer service says. It is downright wrong and discriminative. I feel sorry that I am not born in US and poor sod like me gets the shorter shelf life product. I will not buy from iherb.com anymore. Thank you for discriminating where i receive my order from, but not my money. Another incident. I decided to check my other order which is the mct oil. I was shock that even this they got it wrong! I ordered a 16oz and i was billed also for that but i received a 15oz bottle. Wrote immediately to customer service. I just read the reply and they say the keto collagen product is shipped out of korea and mct oil there was a relabeling? What kind of shoddy excuse is this? You don’t relabel the qty or amount which you sold on your internet site!you don’t send customers 5 mths of shell life! I bought last year a collagen powder and the shelf life is apr 2023 at a different seller platform. There is no compensation or apologies at all. I get the feeling after talking to the 2 customer serivce personnel that iherb is too proud to apologise.

I received my package yesterday and my keto collagen has an expiry if 10/2020 and on top of it my mct oil order was supposed to be a 16oz but they delivered me the 15oz instead. I was told by the customer service of ordering in the us site which offer the expiry apr 2021 for the keto can’t be right. When i search for the product it brought me to iherb.com with international delivery. When i checked out the cost of product was immediately converted to sgd. how can they say that in the other site the product is listed as 10/2020? This is downright discriminating. When i click on iherb.com.sg it brings me to the same website!!! What is the customer service talking about? To top this off, the oil i ordered is a 16oz. I was billed that too but i received a 15oz. The customer service conveniently informed me product is shipped out of korea and has a label change. No compensation. No apologies at all for the stressful purchasing! To me if you are ordering from Asia site like Singapore, you are getting a lesser deal because i paid the same value converted in SGD but i get s shorter shelflife product and a lousy excuse that products shipped out of korea has a product relabelling. Until now no apologies, no compensation.

Don't buy from them, they have let me know 2/3 of my order is out of stock 2 days after ordering, and then dispatching the remaining product with the same shipment price! The order was for 5 USD and the shipment costs 15 USD! If they weren't out of stock, it would be 40 usd, which was all my necessary items. But now I have to split them into 2 orders and pay twice the shipment price!!! You know what their customer service said? Here are 5 USD for your next order, LOL! not only 1/3 shipment price, but next ORDER?? how can I order from iHerb if you treat your customers like that??? Do not make the mistake I did. Buy from other companies please!

This company is incredibly inefficient and extremely annoying. It started with the online ordering system charging me $12 for shipping on a $32 order when it should have been free. I tried removing items to make it under $20 so then at least I would be charged their flat rate of $2, but the shipping charge then went up to $33 for an order of less than $20! Customer Service was useless. He didn't even have access to my order page to see what was up. I tried a few hours later and could finally place the order without shipping charges, per their policy. Then, four days later I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled! WHAT? Customer Service was again useless. The guys said to send an email. I did. No answer yet except for an automated response saying they are receiving more emails than usual - with service like this, I'll bet they are! This isn't my first time ordering from iHerb, but it is certainly going to be my last.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It was my first order and they sent me the wrong item. They provided no solutions and continue to ask for details. I provided them with steps to take to a sure that this doesn’t happen again. They just wanted to get me off the chat and not deal with it. I kept asking can you please check with someone in inventory or your warehouse but got no response related to this. They just kept saying I’ll make a note. They have no order phone number to clear communication, and the representatives continue to ask you for detail and don’t understand your concern

Ordered olive leaf and still haven't received the product or confirmation that I ever ordered it. This company use to be reliable but I would not order anything from them now or in the future. Rip offs

BUYER BEWARE. Even if you live in Australia, and have placed 30+ orders in the past, iHerb LOVES to re-direct you to their American website. When this happens, the prices you see are AMERICAN instead of AUSTRALIAN, and they WILL CHARGE YOU in USD rather than AUD. This has happened to me three separate times and I've been a customer for three years. iHerb will gauge you on the conversion rate and charge you an additional shipping fee. I've written to them about my frustration, and all they ever say is, 'that's the way it is.' They never apologise, never offer a coupon, and then they want to hear feedback. Well, this is my feedback. I don't appreciate being charged almost DOUBLE for my order with no sympathy from their customer success team. I will now take my business elsewhere.

I ordered evoo. They sent me a different brand than I ordered and said that I ordered brand that they sent me. I also pointed out that expiration date of product is 12/20. That they chose to ignore. Very dissatisfied w. Iherb.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. You literally can't throw your money at them. I was consistently getting an error message at checkout saying 'We are experiencing technical difficulties right now, please try again in a few seconds.' This went on for 10 days. I kept getting told they'd sort it but nobody ever got back to me. I wasted time with two online chats, having to send screenshots etc and still nobody resolved it. It's almost like this company doesn't want business. Their customer service reps are probably the worst I've had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid this company if you want to keep your sanity.

MISLEADING ADVERTISING!!! Delivery date shown on website said expedited shipping, that my package would arrive in 1 day from the date I ordered with free shipping. After I submitted order, received an email that products would arrive 7-8 days later so expedited shipping was a complete lie. Had been sick with COVID-19 symptoms, all except for the fever, and wanted medicine and vitamins to help me get better as soon as possible. The main reason I ordered from iHerb versus Amazon/other was the expedited shipping so I could get my medicine and vitamins as soon as possible. I placed my order 7 days ago and it still has not arrived. Good thing the cold or whatever I had didn't kill me; I'd be dead and my medicine and vitamins would still have not arrived. I will never order from this company again.

Placed my order, order arrived on time. When I opened my order I realised half the order was missing. I've sent several Emails, then they themselves put a refund request in yet I didn't ask for one then it was denied? All I want is the rest of my order which I feel im within my rights to have? Yet it feels like the more they fob me off with emails whilst not actually addressing the issue they're hoping I'll go away. Really disappointed and disgusting that they take people's money then ignore you when you ask for your full order. !!!

I would give this store the fattest 0 stars if I could!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! This was the first time I decided to purchase from them and I will never do it again and I will make sure nobody I know ever does it! Ordered a product and it said it was shipped out Wednesday April 8 and says it will be delivered to me April 11! April 11 comes around and my package does not show up and usps tracking says they haven’t even received the package, but yet iherb claims it’s literally being delivered?! So I contact customer service about it and 1. He tells me that they put stuff in as “shipped” when it actually has not even shipped?! Why? He claimed they mark it as shipped when the package is simple ready but does not mean it was shipped.. 2. Why was it “marked ready to ship” and was not shipped still 4 days later? 3. He assured me the package will definitely be shipping out by the end of Saturday and I will definitely have it by Monday April 13 and that my tracking will reset and show that by the end of the day. Now its April 12 and my tracking says it’s completely unavailable for the package now.. Of course! So I contact customer service today and explain what’s going on.. this customer service person (WILKENS) literally says the package has not been picked up by the carrier but he can refund me.. WHY IS IT STILL NOT PICKED UP 6 DAYS LATER WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! So I ask him what’s going on because the person just the day before said he saw my package and it was shipping that day? WILKINS continues to “help me out” by immediately disconnecting from the conversation! Then I talk to AYESHA about my package and about the terrible customer service WILKINS just showed me and she was deliberately trying to swerve around my concern as much as possible! Replied with “I can issue you a refund” okay?? So what about my customer service problem?! THATS AN ISSUE! And she says she’ll report it to her manager OH PLEASE IM SURE YOURE GONNA RAT OUT YOUR COWORKER? So I ask if I can contact management instead and she insists there is no way I can personally.. fine. Idk the policies so I can’t argue with that. BUT as you can see, my experience was absolutely terrible and it’s completely ridiculous that I just had to go through this.. I have pics for proof of everything mentioned in this review as well and I will be escalating this further!

Very bad experience. I have order slimming capsule, after 15 mins from the order I spoke to the customer service(kawter) to cancel my order which she already agree to cancel because they didn't ship it yet. I asked her to get my money back on my credit card. She said we usually hold the amount until we ship. So ur money will be back automatically to ur account. After 2 days I received sms from the courier[DHL] that I am going to receive a parcel from iherb!! When I spoke to them they said we cannot do anything cz you have to cancel the order not us!! Then why I texted your customer service!!! Horribbbbleee This is the last time. Bad experience

I have ordered 2 packages approximately… I have ordered 2 packages approximately USD 200/-, both were not delivered. I have filled many complaints with iherb contact people/ chat boot, but they were unable to help instead the customer service representatives copy paste the same response without providing any solution. be aware that iherb uses blueprints and their terms & conditions to protect themselves, prior to buying iherb should alert the buyers when there are country specific regulations to receive the item and then it is at the discretion of the buyer to complete the purchase or not.

After reading an article on how to improve your sleep by Dr Michael Mosely I ordered iherb melatonin from the USA on his recommendation. I paid all they asked for on my credit card when placing the order. Imagine my shock when the post office delivered a card saying there was no customs paid on the pills and I would have to pay £12.37 to receive them. Not happy at all. I emailed the company who basically shrugged their shoulders and directed me towards their special offers. I haven't tried the pills yet but in any case won't be re-ordering from them

Customer service is unprofessional and useless. The website customer service number is false and when you use their 24/7 chat feature as their only option, it takes a very long time for them to respond. On two occasions, iHerb did not accept accountability/responsibility for their mistake and I will put my trust in another company that can assure me a piece of mind from now on. Lastly, iHerb provides a product which can be found on other websites for cheaper, without offering any price match.
