Very bad experience. I have order slimming capsule, after 15 mins from the order I spoke to the customer service(kawter) to cancel my order which she already agree to cancel because they didn't ship it yet. I asked her to get my money back on my credit card. She said we usually hold the amount until we ship. So ur money will be back automatically to ur account. After 2 days I received sms from the courier[DHL] that I am going to receive a parcel from iherb!! When I spoke to them they said we cannot do anything cz you have to cancel the order not us!! Then why I texted your customer service!!! Horribbbbleee This is the last time. Bad experience
