I would give this store the fattest 0 stars if I could!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! This was the first time I decided to purchase from them and I will never do it again and I will make sure nobody I know ever does it! Ordered a product and it said it was shipped out Wednesday April 8 and says it will be delivered to me April 11! April 11 comes around and my package does not show up and usps tracking says they haven’t even received the package, but yet iherb claims it’s literally being delivered?! So I contact customer service about it and 1. He tells me that they put stuff in as “shipped” when it actually has not even shipped?! Why? He claimed they mark it as shipped when the package is simple ready but does not mean it was shipped.. 2. Why was it “marked ready to ship” and was not shipped still 4 days later? 3. He assured me the package will definitely be shipping out by the end of Saturday and I will definitely have it by Monday April 13 and that my tracking will reset and show that by the end of the day. Now its April 12 and my tracking says it’s completely unavailable for the package now.. Of course! So I contact customer service today and explain what’s going on.. this customer service person (WILKENS) literally says the package has not been picked up by the carrier but he can refund me.. WHY IS IT STILL NOT PICKED UP 6 DAYS LATER WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! So I ask him what’s going on because the person just the day before said he saw my package and it was shipping that day? WILKINS continues to “help me out” by immediately disconnecting from the conversation! Then I talk to AYESHA about my package and about the terrible customer service WILKINS just showed me and she was deliberately trying to swerve around my concern as much as possible! Replied with “I can issue you a refund” okay?? So what about my customer service problem?! THATS AN ISSUE! And she says she’ll report it to her manager OH PLEASE IM SURE YOURE GONNA RAT OUT YOUR COWORKER? So I ask if I can contact management instead and she insists there is no way I can personally.. fine. Idk the policies so I can’t argue with that. BUT as you can see, my experience was absolutely terrible and it’s completely ridiculous that I just had to go through this.. I have pics for proof of everything mentioned in this review as well and I will be escalating this further!
