Poor sod
I received my product and the expiry is less than 6 mths. Upon checking with iherb they said becoz i ordered from Asia site my expiry is 10/2020 instead of us site which says apr 2021. When i ordered it routed me to the us site and upon check out it converts the currency to my local currency. So in light of this it doesn’t make sense what iherb customer service says. It is downright wrong and discriminative. I feel sorry that I am not born in US and poor sod like me gets the shorter shelf life product. I will not buy from iherb.com anymore. Thank you for discriminating where i receive my order from, but not my money. Another incident. I decided to check my other order which is the mct oil. I was shock that even this they got it wrong! I ordered a 16oz and i was billed also for that but i received a 15oz bottle. Wrote immediately to customer service. I just read the reply and they say the keto collagen product is shipped out of korea and mct oil there was a relabeling? What kind of shoddy excuse is this? You don’t relabel the qty or amount which you sold on your internet site!you don’t send customers 5 mths of shell life! I bought last year a collagen powder and the shelf life is apr 2023 at a different seller platform. There is no compensation or apologies at all. I get the feeling after talking to the 2 customer serivce personnel that iherb is too proud to apologise.
