site not working, orders not processed, customer support is oxymoron
would not accept either of my credit cards, which I know are good.
So I used paypal, then iherb would not let me ship to a different address, then the order never did charge my paypal credit card even though I got email from iherb saying order confirmed and that they will tell me when it ships. First response from customer support was no help. ive sent three more emails and customer support no longer responds.
I will not use them again.
