Please do not believe the negative reviews. This company delivers all over the world and there is bound to be delivery problems in foreign countries
My order came within a week and we received it, but my husband had put it away and I didn't realize it had come. I asked Iherb for a refund and they refunded the full amount immediately. 2 weeks later I discovered I did have my order and apologized to Iherb and asked them how I could repay them. Here is there gracious response:
Dear Sharon C.: "Thank you for letting us know that you already received your package. We are glad that we could help. Regarding the Refund you received, there is nothing you need to do or worry about with it. And for the products you received, you do not have to return it to us. Please keep it and try it as a free product. " Iherb.
I would like to thank Iherb for being quick to respond and refund my money. I would also like to apologize to Iherb for my mistake and thank them for their generosity.
