The items I ordered have all arrived quickly and in good condition. The prices are very competitive.
That said, I never order anything that requires a shipping charge and did not do so on any of my orders from iHerb. Nevertheless, I was charged $4.00 for shipping on one when the receipt came. I pointed this out to them in an email, and they said that the cost exceeded that which the carrier permitted. This makes no sense whatsoever. So I pointed this out to them and they said that I had checked the shipping option that had a $4.00 fee connected with it. This is so funny, because they attached a photo of that part of my order and "Free Shipping" was checked. So I pointed this out to them and they said that my order had weighed more than would be approved for free shipping. I had ordered very light items. So I have requested a copy of my whole order and I will be filing a complaint with the authorities about this company.
I think that they have someone in a third-world country doing their customer service. The typing is not like I have ever seen in a legit company. Plus, logic and transparency are totally missing -- as is good grammar and spelling.
It's a shame that a company has to cut corners where it really matters to customers. I was enjoying the products; but I cannot do business with a company that is dishonest.
