I've been ordering from iHerb for about a year now. So far, I haven't had a problem with them. I have ordered Doctor's Choice Iron, Innovix Labs Mood Probiotic, and Wobenzym. The integrity of the products has been fine, their pricing is competitive, and their shipping times have been good. I can't speak of their customer service, because I haven't needed to talk to them so far. And, the Honey app applies to their website, so it scans the web for viable coupons to apply. But, I can say if I experienced the same problems as others have complained about on here, I would drop them like a hot potato and would file reports with the BBB and my state AG's office. Hopefully, they will learn from all the bad reviews on here and will improve their operations. . .
