I needed pens fast for an upcoming health fair. The on line chat customer service person gave me the ability to have someone lookup an old order give me the order number and copy the graphics from that previous order and produce my pen order super fast.
We have ordered several times from this company in the past. Our frequency is not often since we order large quantities. I wish they had more than just pens...
