The Ink Spot provided a proof before printing for me to get an idea of what the pens would look like which was great since I've never ordered pens like this before. After the proof was viewed and accepted it took one business day to print and ship them out which is an incredible turn around. They came in and are so cute! I'm using them like business cards right now and they are a big hit!
