I have been going to the Quay in Poole since it opened and always enjoyed our weekly visits both food/drink and service.
Our last three visits were very poor in every aspect.
Lack of real ale choice, cold and poorly presented food. There was not even packets of salt.
You need to bring back food theme days offering the full range as before pre- Covid.
The lack of customers is a good indication that things are not right.
Ignore this review by a loyal customer at your peril.
