We paid for a 4star holiday taking my autistic granddaughter to tenerife, the hotel was not even a 1 star hotel. The sockets were all coming out the wall, the kitchen was from the sixties, the bath had splits in it. the accommodation was terrible Complained to jet 2 and they said it was up to their standards. Don’t travel with them, tell you something else and give you horrible accommodation.
