Received a text telling me that my flight had been changed to a day earlier. I couldn’t do this as my lad is still in school on this day so a kind lady rang her team leader & agreed that they would change it to the day after when he is off school. It’s so lovely to experience good customer service especially when I booked the holiday through sunmaster who didn’t have the decency to inform me of the change. In future i Will be booking direct flights with jet2 instead.
