I have more than a month since I ordered something on your site for which I paid £400 and you sent me instead some beauty products worth £30 and an invoice with the details of another person and even if I notified you straight away and I sent you back the wrong product, I'm still waiting for you to refund my money. I have plenty of calls made to your Customer Service, I have talked for hours with various people from there, it seems that they are useless. I sent you pictures of the wrong product and also picture with the Royal Mail tracking number and I'm still waiting and no one is able to solve my problem and refund my money. After each call I only have promises that someone from your refund department will call me back, but that's nothing more than lies. What do I have to do more than that, to go to the police/court or on media/social media? Or maybe both?
